Athletics Track Nights
Select Friday evenings in Harrogate at 1800. These sessions bring precision to your running, structured intervals, drills, and pacing practice, all within the supportive environment of an athletics track. Join our whatsapp group to get session downloads and briefings.
Monday Evening Club Runs
Focused interval sessions, hill sprints, and quality work that builds speed, stamina, and resilience. Every workout has intention behind it, we train with purpose, not just mileage. We meet at 1845. Location drop in our whatsapp group.
Social 5K Sundays
Once a month, we come together for a relaxed, community-focused 5K run followed by coffee and conversation. It’s the perfect balance of movement, connection, and fun, a reminder that running is as much about people as performance. We are collaborating with Folk Coffee House, where they open the cafe exclusively for our run club. We meet there for 0800, first Sunday of each month.

Run with Purpose

From building aerobic endurance to developing speed, power, and technique, each workout has a clear goal and progression. Led by an experienced coach and athlete, sessions are structured to help you understand why you’re doing the work, not just what you’re doing. You’ll learn how to pace, recover, and refine your running form, giving you the tools to race or train more effectively.

Byönd Run Club now has exclusive access to the Harrogate Athletics Track, a rare opportunity to train where performance meets precision in Harrogate. So whether you train for Hyrox, a specific race or want to gain track skills, this is the place to be.
Our Friday evening sessions are designed to elevate your running form, speed, and endurance under the guidance of an experienced coach and athlete. Each session includes a full warm-up, technical drills, and a structured track workout tailored to all abilities. You are going to get to know your data.

Location
Harrogate Athletics Track (Army Foundation College).
Due to on-site security, entry is via a private gate with a short access window. Full joining instructions are shared with registered members only.
